* At 939 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Waskom to near Deberry to 6 miles north of
  Joaquin to near Timpson, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. Numerous trees and power lines have been
           downed from these storms across Rusk and Panola Counties.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Shreveport, Bossier City, Center, Mansfield, Haughton, Greenwood,
  Waskom, Stonewall, Logansport, Ringgold, Tenaha, Timpson, Joaquin,
  Converse, Heflin, Deberry, Shelbyville, Fosters, Oak Grove, and
  Pleasant Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This is a DANGEROUS SITUATION. These storms are producing widespread
wind damage across Rusk and Panola Counties. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside
a sturdy structure and stay away from windows! Torrential rainfall
is occurring with these storms, and may lead to flash flooding. Do
not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
