northeastern Texas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN RUSK AND NORTHERN CHEROKEE COUNTIES...

At 1040 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Troup, or 13
miles southeast of Whitehouse, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Jacksonville, Henderson, Bullard, Troup, Mount Selman, Mixon, New
Salem, Reese, Lake Palestine, New Summerfield, Cuney, Teaselville,
Concord, and Brachfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
