remove any gusts between 2100 tonight and 0900 or so Sunday
morning. Gusts will increase through Sunday morning, reaching up
to around 40 mph after 1100. Another windy day is expected Monday,
with a strong cold front shifting winds abruptly to the northwest
around 1700-2100 Monday.

Overnight recovery will be poor, reaching at best near 30%
tonight and again Sunday night.
