.DISCUSSION...Southerly flow will continue to strengthen today ahead
of an approaching weather system, with stronger gusts beginning to
surface around 1000. As this system approaching, increasing moisture
will bring showers and a few thunderstorms around the general area
by mid afternoon, with a 40% chance that these storms move over the
fire area. Strong outflow winds and lightning will be the main
threats, with brief heavy rain possible. This storm system will
cross the area tonight, bring much cooler air for Tuesday, along
with a continued threat for showers and thunderstorms.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent cloud cover). A
                    chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly
                    after 1400.
Chance of pcpn......40 percent.
LAL.................1 until 1400, then 3.
Max temperature.....73-76.
Min humidity........22-25 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........South 6-10 mph with gusts 15-20 mph increasing
                    to 12-18 mph with gusts 28-35 mph after 1000.
                    Gusty and erratic winds to 50 mph expected near
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
