.DISCUSSION...Strong gusty winds will continue into the evening
hours as a dry cold front moves into the area. Expect winds to
switch to northerly before 2000 this evening, then slowly decrease
through the night. Much colder temperatures will spread into the
area behind the front for tonight and tomorrow. Thereafter,
temperatures will gradually rise Wednesday into late week.
Southwest winds will increase again Thursday into Friday.
Marginal to low-end critical fire weather conditions are
currently expected for Thursday. Friday currently looks less
likely for critical fire weather conditions as winds look to be
slightly weaker than Thursday and moisture will increase into the
area, allowing for higher humidities.
