...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  counties, Franklin, Liberty and Wakulla.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 200 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sopchoppy, Morgan Place, Poplar Camp, Sanborn, East Camp,
    Owens Bridge, Twin Pole, Curtis Mill and Mcintyre.
