Mixing heights today look to top out at around 3800 feet at this afternoon, dispersions are expected to be fair. Transport winds will fortunately stay at or just below 10 mph and are expected to predominantly remain out of the west until around 1pm where a shift out of the southwest could occur from the seabreeze rolling through the area. This may also lead to an increase in the winds and wind gusts for roughly 30 minutes. Moisture will similarly increase with the passage of the seabreeze. Some isolated showers or thunderstorms could develop along the seabreeze this afternoon. Overall, there are no huge fire weather concerns, but it will remain dangerously hot outside today, with heat index values approaching 110 degrees.
