  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach
  out 20 NM...

At 740 AM CDT, satellite imagery indicated showers, capable of
producing a waterspout. These showers were located along a line
extending from near Santa Rosa Beach to 8 nm southwest of Port St.
Joe, moving north at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners may see a waterspout, which could produce locally gusty
winds and seas. Boaters should remain vigilant.
