At 1033 AM EDT/933 AM CDT/, showers producing waterspouts were
located along a line extending from 16 nm east of Okaloosa Deep Water
Reef to 20 nm south of Panama City Beach to 14 nm southwest of Mexico
Beach to 8 nm southwest of Port St. Joe to 14 nm southwest of
Apalachicola to 15 nm southwest of St George Island to near C Tower
to 6 nm southeast of O Tower to 7 nm north of V Tower, moving
southeast at 5 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can capsize boats...damage vessels...and create
         suddenly higher waves. Make sure all on board are in a
         secure location and wearing life jackets.

Locations impacted include...
O Tower, Apalachicola, C Tower, Cape San Blas, and K Tower.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.
