...INCREASING POTENTIAL FOR WATERSPOUTS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters From  Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to
  20 Nm...
  Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM...
  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach
  out 20 NM...
  Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to
  60 NM...

At 846 AM EDT/746 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable
of producing waterspouts. These showers were located along a line
extending from near Mexico Beach to 27 nm south of Okaloosa Deep
Water Reef, moving east at 20 knots.

Showers with the potential to produce waterspouts will be near...
  Mexico Beach around 750 AM CDT.
  Port St. Joe around 855 AM EDT.
  Cape San Blas around 1020 AM EDT.

Other locations include Cape San Blas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
warning may eventually be required. Boaters should consider staying
in port or heading for shore until the potential for waterspouts
decreases later this morning.

Report waterspouts to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
forecast office.
