...INCREASING POTENTIAL FOR WATERSPOUTS OVER THE WATERS...

  Coastal Waters From  Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to
  20 Nm...
  Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM...
  Coastal waters from  Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...
  Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...
  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 801 AM EDT/701 AM CDT/, satellite imagery indicated a line of
building cumulus congestus clouds capable of producing waterspouts.
This line of clouds extended from 6 nm northeast of Suwannee River
to 11 nm south of V Tower to 11 nm east of Empire Mica Wreck, moving
southeast at 10 knots.

Any waterspouts will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
warning may eventually be required if any waterspouts reach the
nearshore waters. Boaters should consider heading for shore until
the potential for waterspouts decreases later this morning.

Report waterspouts to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
forecast office.
