...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GULF AND WESTERN
FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT/300 PM CDT/...

At 313 PM EDT/213 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 11 miles northwest of Eastpoint, moving southeast at 10
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Carrabelle, Eastpoint, Apalachicola, Port St. Joe, Franklin, Eleven
Mile, Odena, Indian Pass, Beverly, Milltown, Bay City, Apalachicola
Airport, Simmons Bayou, Hays Place, Fort Gadsden, Nine Mile, Buck
Siding, Highland View, High Bluff, and Thirteen Mile.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
