At 202 PM EDT/102 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 14 miles east of Santa Rosa Beach, moving northwest at 5
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Eglin Air Force Base, Freeport, Ebro, Bruce, Pine Log, Seminole
Hills, Bunker, and Rock Hill.
