...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL JEFFERSON AND
THOMAS COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM EDT...

At 536 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Boston, or 10 miles southeast of Thomasville, moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Thomasville, Boston, Ochlocknee, Pavo, Coolidge, Barwick, Alma,
Dills, Thomasville Municipal A/P, Dillon, Enon, Everett,
Merrillville, Chastain, Quality, Fincher, Patten, Eason, Dawesville,
and Jarrott.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
