Initially light NW winds turn southwesterly this afternoon with the seabreeze. Conditions remain reflective of a moderate risk today, especially at the Panhandle beaches where the flow is more onshore and forecast surf heights peak at around 2 ft. Light winds and low surf heights continue into the weekend and no rain is expected after this afternoon.
