.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK AT ALL BEACHES NEXT FEW DAYS...
...DOUBLE RED FLAGS FLYING AT ALL AREA BEACHES TODAY...

Several days of strong easterly breezes and rough surf are now
underway across the eastern Gulf. These conditions will confidently
support a high risk of dangerous rip currents through at least
Thursday night and likely into Friday, when the easterly breezes will
start to decrease.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:

Bay...........................Double Red
State Park Gulf Beaches.......Double Red
West Facing Gulf Beaches......Double Red
South Facing Gulf Beaches.....Double Red
Franklin......................Double Red
