...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN FERGUS...
SOUTHWESTERN BLAINE...SOUTHEASTERN HILL AND EAST CENTRAL CHOUTEAU
COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM MDT...

At 455 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles east of Parker School to 14 miles south
of St. Pierre. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cleveland and Lloyd.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for
central and north central Montana.
