...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN BLAINE AND EAST
CENTRAL CHOUTEAU COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM MDT...

At 827 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 21
miles northwest of Winifred, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail and very heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Blaine
and east central Chouteau Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
