FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow possible. Total snow accumulations 6 to 12
  inches possible. Isolated higher amounts.

* WHERE...The Continental Divide along the Rocky Mountain Front.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult and tire chains may be
  required for some vehicles. Those in the backcountry should ensure
  they have appropriate knowledge and gear and may want to consider
  alternate plans.
