...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN DICKINSON...EASTERN
OTTAWA...REPUBLIC...WESTERN WASHINGTON...CLAY AND EASTERN CLOUD
COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM CDT...

At 1028 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 4 miles southwest of
Belleville to near Bennington. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down twigs or small limbs and blow
         around objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects and
         vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Concordia, Clay Center, Belleville, Wakefield, Clyde, Bennington,
Clifton, Miltonvale, Linn, Morganville, Cuba, Morrowville, Green,
Wells, Palmer, Haddam, Munden, Manchester, Narka, and Mahaska.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
