...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WASHINGTON AND NORTHWESTERN
MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM CDT...

At 507 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Washington, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Washington, Hanover, Linn, Greenleaf, Morrowville, Hollenberg, and
Bremen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for north central
and northeastern Kansas.
