...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EASTERN REPUBLIC AND WASHINGTON
COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 737 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles south of Mahaska to 6 miles northwest
of Clyde. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Washington, Hanover, Clifton, Linn, Greenleaf, Barnes, Cuba,
Morrowville, Palmer, Haddam, Mahaska, Agenda, Vining, and Hollenberg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
north central Kansas.
