...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN JEFFERSON...NORTHERN
SHAWNEE...EAST CENTRAL WABAUNSEE AND SOUTHEASTERN JACKSON COUNTIES
THROUGH 200 AM CDT...

At 122 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles northeast of Potawatomi Reservation to
4 miles northeast of Keene. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Topeka, Holton, Rossville, Silver Lake, Meriden, Hoyt, Maple Hill,
Mayetta, Denison, Willard, and Potawatomi Reservation.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 between mile markers 342 and 355.
 Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 176 and 179.
