* Until 445 AM CDT.

* At 410 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Westphalia,
  moving southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Garnett, Burlington, Lebo, Waverly, Richmond, Colony, Williamsburg,
  New Strawn, Melvern, Hartford, Gridley, Neosho Rapids, Westphalia,
  Kincaid, Olivet, Lone Elm, Beto Junction, Harris, John Redmond
  Reservoir, and Melvern Lake.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 136 and 180.
