The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for
east central Kansas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT
FOR ANDERSON AND COFFEY COUNTIES...

At 424 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Iola, moving
southeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Garnett, Burlington, Lebo, Waverly, Colony, New Strawn, Hartford,
Gridley, Westphalia, Kincaid, Lone Elm, Beto Junction, Harris, John
Redmond Reservoir, and Le Roy.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 144 and 155.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
