...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN CLAY COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for north central
and northeastern Kansas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT
FOR EASTERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHWESTERN MARSHALL COUNTIES...

At 555 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Barnes, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Washington, Hanover, Linn, Greenleaf, Barnes, Oketo, Hollenberg, and
Bremen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for north central
and northeastern Kansas.

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows.
