The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has weakened.

north central and northeastern Kansas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT
FOR WEST CENTRAL RILEY AND SOUTHEASTERN CLAY COUNTIES...

At 522 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles northwest of
Wakefield, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Clay Center.
