heavy rain primarily in Pushmataha and Choctaw counties in Oklahoma.
Movement was to the east at around 25 mph. The average amount where
it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with
maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage, and
intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast
for overnight, mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms
with temperatures 65 to 69 degrees and northeast winds up to 5 mph.
