showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Nowata and
Rogers counties in Oklahoma. Movement was slowly to the east at 5 to
10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than
one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to
two inches. Coverage decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for late this afternoon and into this evening, mostly
sunny, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 77 to
81 degrees and southeast winds up to 10 mph.
