heavy rain mostly in Leflore and Choctaw counties in Oklahoma.
Movement was to the southeast at around 30 mph. The average amount
where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch
with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch. Coverage
and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for late tonight and into this morning, partly cloudy,
areas of dense fog with temperatures 57 to 61 degrees and northwest
winds up to 5 mph.
