showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in
Pittsburg, Cherokee, Haskell and Muskogee counties in Oklahoma.
Movement was to the east at around 30 mph. The average amount where
it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum
amounts of an inch and a half to two inches. Coverage, and intensity
increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this
evening, partly cloudy, a chance of thunderstorms. Some
thunderstorms may be severe .
