heavy rain mostly in Delaware and Ottawa counties in Oklahoma. It
was more widespread in southcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the
east at around 30 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an
inch to an inch and a half. Coverage, and intensity increased during
the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for early this evening,
partly cloudy then becoming mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and
thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may be severe .
