Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Latimer county in Oklahoma and Crawford and Franklin counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the south at around 35 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one half of an inch with maximum amounts of two to two and a half inches. Coverage decreased during the last hour.
