Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Pushmataha and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma and Crawford county in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Tulsa area. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the east at around 35 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour.
