showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in Adair
county in Oklahoma and Franklin and Madison counties in Arkansas.
Movement was to the east at around 25 mph. The average amount where
it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum
amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage and intensity
decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for early
this morning, cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 63 to 70 degrees and south winds up to 5 mph.
