in Arkansas east of I49. Movement was to the east at greater than 40
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of one quarter to one half
of an inch. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for early this morning, partly cloudy then
becoming sunny, temperatures 72 to 76 degrees with south winds 10 to
15 mph.
