.DISCUSSION...Generally cool and cloudy conditions are expected
today and Friday across much of western SD, with warmer and sunnier
conditions over northeastern WY. There will be a chance for
thunderstorms across northeastern WY and southern SD both days.
Plentiful moisture will keep minimum relative humidity around 60-80%
today and Friday. Winds will be southeasterly 10-15 mph both days.
Hot and drier weather returns this weekend into next week.
