.DISCUSSION...Wind directions and speeds are expected to be erratic during
the rest of this afternoon and this evening due to outflow boundaries from
possible thunderstorm development in northeastern Wyoming and southeastern
Montana late this afternoon/early this evening.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (60-70 percent). Chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms.
Max temperature.....Around 87.
Min humidity........28 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts to around
                    22 mph. Gusty and erratic winds expected near any
                    showers or thunderstorms.
CWR.................20 percent.

Haines Index........4 or low potential for large plume dominated
                    fire growth.
