* WHAT...Temperatures as low as around 32 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...In South Dakota, Butte, Harding, and Northern Perkins. In
  Wyoming, Newcastle, Northeastern Crook, Northern Campbell,
  Southern Campbell, Western Crook, and Weston County Plains.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
