...STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN
MEADE...CUSTER...SOUTHERN LAWRENCE...FALL RIVER AND SOUTHWESTERN
PENNINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM MDT...

At 516 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary along
a line extending from 3 miles east of Mallo Camp to 4 miles
northeast of Jewel Cave National Monument to near Ardmore. Movement
was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rapid City, Hot Springs, Custer, Hill City, Edgemont, southwestern
Rapid Valley, Dewey, Summerset, Black Hawk, Johnson Siding, Nemo,
Hermosa, Keystone, Piedmont, Oral, Oelrichs, Buffalo Gap, Pringle,
Hisega, and Silver City.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 38
and 60.
