...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM MDT
FOR NORTHERN ZIEBACH COUNTY...

At 1008 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles northeast of Arrow Head Buttes to 3 miles
northeast of Thunder Butte to near Bear Creek, moving north at 50
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Dupree, South Eagle Butte, Glad Valley, Thunder Butte, Red Elm, Iron
Lightning, Intersection of Highway 63 and BIA Road 8, and
northwestern Cheyenne River Reservation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Strong winds with these storms will occur before any rain or
lightning. Do not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover.
SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY inside a sturdy structure and stay away from
