.DISCUSSION...

Low pressure to the south will keep winds out of the north northeast
tonight into early Tuesday with scattered thunderstorm coverage as
well. This low pressure crosses into North Dakota on Tuesday, with
increasing westerly winds during the day. Temperatures will remain
close to average, with afternoon humidity down to around 40 percent
in central South Dakota to 70 percent in the far northeast of the
state.
