A frontal boundary will track across the area this morning, leaving
cooler and windy conditions in its wake. Wind gusts of 40 to 45 mph
are likely west of the James River Valley through about mid
afternoon, with wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph along and east of the
James River Valley. High pressure will settle in later this afternoon
and tonight, bringing an end to the windy conditions.

High temperatures today will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Low
temperatures tonight will be in the lower to mid 40s.
