Scattered showers will continue today with areas around and west of
the Missouri River possibility having a break in the precipitation
this afternoon. Another round of showers and thunderstorms will
affect the entire listening area tonight through early Tuesday. Some
of these storms could become strong to severe with the main threats
being large hail and 60 to 70 mph wind gusts. Rain and storms
linger over portions of northern and northeastern SD Tuesday morning
and the eastern half of the listening area Tuesday afternoon.

Highs for today will be cooler ranging in the 60s to lower 70s.
Overnight lows will drop down into the 50s to lower to mid 60s.
Highs for Tuesday range from the 70s to 80s, warmest over the James
River Valley and eastward.
