High pressure aloft will persist over the fire area. A thermal
trough is across the fire area this afternoon supporting the
development of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
through the evening hours. Thunderstorm potential continues on
Sunday, with drier conditions anticipated on Monday, as the
thermal trough slides east and north. Afternoon temperatures
remain warm in the mid 70s, accompanied by northwest winds less
than 15 mph and minimum RH values above 30 percent.
