.DISCUSSION...

Red Flag conditons are expected tomorrow with temperatures in the
upper 70s, minimum RH values near 30% and winds around 15 mph. We
will see strengthening winds Wednesday with winds up to 20 mph and
wind gusts up to 30 to 35 mph. Wednesday will see a cooling trend
starting with upper 60s to low 70s persisting through the weekend.
RH values should stay at or above 40% through the weekend as well.
However, persistent westerly winds at 10 to 15 mph could remain
through the weekend.
