.DISCUSSION...

Isolated showers developing off the north slopes of the Alaska
Range may drift north toward the fire late this evening, leading
to increased rain chances tonight. There is low potential for a
stray thunderstorm near the fire through late tonight with these
showers. Southwesterly winds diminish some tonight before
returning stronger on Tuesday. Isolated rain showers are possible
during the morning hours but likely dissipate through the day.
Conditions trend cooler and more moist as southwesterly winds
continue through Tuesday night and increase on Wednesday. A front
approaches from the west on Wednesday, bringing increased chances
for rain.

Looking ahead, Thursday brings the best chances for wetting rain.
Cool and moist conditions continue into the weekend.
