North Carolina, central Virginia, east central Virginia, eastern
Virginia, north central Virginia, south central Virginia and
southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

High temperatures will be in the upper 80s to mid 90s today, with
heat indices in the mid 90s to lower 100s.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

High temperatures will be in the lower to mid 90s on Sunday, with
heat indices of 102 to 108 degrees.

In addition, there is a risk for severe thunderstorms Sunday
afternoon through early Sunday night. Any storm could produce
damaging winds, though isolated large hail is also possible.
