central Virginia, eastern Virginia, north central Virginia, south
central Virginia and southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

   Heat Advisory.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

A prolonged period of hot weather is expected through this weekend
into next Monday. Heat index readings of 103 to 108 are expected on
Sunday. These types of heat index values may be dangerous to those
outdoors. Additional excessive heat is possible on Wednesday.

In addition, isolated thunderstorms could produce strong to
marginally severe wind gusts Sunday afternoon and evening.
