The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA...
  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 659 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 nm north of Lower Bernard Island to Onancock
  Inlet to near Rappahannock Range Light, moving east at 20 knots.
  Wind gusts of 34 knots or greater will continue for another 15 to
  30 minutes even though the storms have moved east of the bay.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Onancock Inlet, Nassawadox Reef, Occohannock Reef, Lower Bernard
  Island, Rappahannock Range Light, Rappahannock Light, Nandua
  Pungoteague Reef, Crisfield, Watts Island, Tangier Island, and
  Anglers Reef.
